Runnit vs Productive

Fourteen days,
or a real test?

Productive advertises a fourteen day trial. Long enough to judge screens. Not long enough to judge a system whose value depends on what it has read about your clients.

What Productive is for, in their words

Track project progress, maximise utilisation, forecast revenue, increase profitability. That is their own ad copy, and an agency losing money on jobs it cannot see needs exactly that.

Runnit is aimed one step earlier, at the work that makes those numbers.

Why the clock decides what you learn

Two weeks buys you a demo you run yourself. It does not buy you the third brief for a client whose history is already loaded, which is the only place the difference shows up.

A fortnight also hides configuration effort. Everything demos well and configures slowly, because the demo is somebody else's setup.

Which one you should pick

Choose Productive if

Utilisation, forecasting and profitability reporting is the problem, and your process is already settled.

Choose Runnit if

You want the system to do some of the work, and longer than a fortnight to find out whether it can.

Test it in twenty minutes

  1. Sign up. No card, no call.
  2. Load one real client: brand guidelines, a couple of past campaigns, some finished artwork.
  3. Wait for the files to report ready.
  4. Ask Ru for a brief for that client.
  5. Check what it pulled. Not whether the writing is good. Whether the material is theirs.

That is the whole argument on this page, made checkable.

Twenty minutes, no card

Five people, twenty clients, no expiry. Or book a demo.
