Mix your seats
One workspace can hold Free, Go and Pro seats side by side. Your Studio power user takes a Pro seat without dragging ten other people up a tier with them.
One Pro seat plus four free seats runs the whole team for $25 a month. From your sixth person, the free seats become Go seats.
And when you give your clients logins to their own workspaces, those client users are always free. They never take a seat.

Free is a tier, not a countdown. It stays free for up to five people, with a real monthly AI allowance. When your team grows past five people, that is when paid seats start.
Paid seats have no project limits, and boards, tasks and the schedule are never metered on any tier. Free workspaces run under fair use: enough projects for years of normal work, generous enough that a real team never notices it. The details live in our fair use policy.
A client is a record: you attribute projects, briefs and history to it. A client workspace is a login: real people from that client signing in to see and approve their work. Every tier can track clients. Client logins come with five paid seats, and those client users are always free.
Nothing gets taken away. Your work stays readable, your files stay downloadable, and existing client workspaces keep working. Being over a limit only restricts creating new things until you are back under it or upgrade.
Storage add-ons stack on any tier: 10 GB for $4, 50 GB for $15, or 250 GB for $60 per month. You get a warning at 75% and 90% before anything is blocked, and existing files are always readable.
Enterprise is $33 per user per month with a minimum of 40 seats, which covers your dedicated environment, since that infrastructure runs whether it holds forty seats or four hundred. Bring your own AI keys and the credit system disappears entirely: you pay your providers directly and see full model and token detail. Book a demo and we will quote it properly.
Monthly or annually, per user, billed in USD. Pay annually and get two months free. If prices are shown in another currency, they are the local guide price and are charged at the USD equivalent. You can change seat types at any time, and top-ups for credits and storage are available on every tier.
